Shipping And Returns
- Shipping to you as part of your original watch purchase is free (all additional charges issued by your country are the sole responsibility of the client)
- Shipping can take between 10 to 20 working days to reach you. This time includes the time to prepare your shipment. Some territories will be delivered in a much shorter timescale, we reserve the right to take up to 20 working days.
- We ship with Hong Kong Post https://www.hongkongpost.hk/en/home/index.html (the website is also in English)
- Your shipment is recorded delivery, insured and tracked.
- You will receive a confirmation of shipment email, with a tracking number once your purchase has been shipped.

N.B.: Any duty, customs charges, VAT or any other charges added by your country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN
We stand behind our products but also comprehend that sometimes we can have a change of heart or a change of circumstances. Stoic World Ltd will exchange or offer a refund on any unworn, undamaged product, based upon the original payment method and terms and conditions apply.
Only items that are unworn, undamaged and still with the original Seal Tag attached to the watch can be returned to us; the item must be in its original condition and inclusive of all packaging, documents, straps, buckles, seal tags, protective stickers on the watch and boxes as shipped by us. Items must be returned without blemishes, dings, scratches, or any indication that the product has been worn or sized in any manner.
Items that have tags removed or show obvious signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund.
Stoic World Ltd will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication see our terms below.
Returns Terms and Guidelines
- You have Fourteen (14) days from the shipment arrival date to contact us for authorization for your return we will issue you with details of where to ship. Contact Stoic World Ltd at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive authorization for return.
- All returned items must be unworn, complete, undamaged, with original seal tags attached with the watch and original packaging and at the resalable condition.
- Please make sure all return packages are sent with a traceable, insured service. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. It is therefore strongly recommended customers use an appropriate carrier with a tracking or trace system.
- Once we receive your return, please allow up to five (10) working days to process your return, (we will confirm receipt of your parcel via email) plus a further five (5) working days for the Exchange or Refund to be reflected on your original payment method, bank charges may be incurred (we will confirm via email that a refund has been issued or that a replacement watch has been shipped out to you).
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items (with the exception of a manufacturing fault).
- All other charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (ie, duties, and taxes) are the customer’s responsibility. In the case of an exchange, Stoic World Ltd will pay the shipping cost to you but not any additional re-importation duties or taxes imposed by your country.
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
- We accept to exchange a product for another product, once.
SHIPPING **please note
For exchange shipments, although we try our best to ensure packages are delivered in a timely manner, shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Once a package is shipped we have no control over how long it will take to arrive. We also have no control over whether or not your package is delayed in your country’s customs office. By placing an exchange with us, you accept that your package may be delayed during shipment for these reasons.
