  1. Where are your timepieces manufactured and where do they ship from?
    All Stoic watches are made in collaboration with Seiko Instrument Incorporation, who is one of the worlds best in large-scale production. Master watchmaker Peter Speake-Marin has worked diligently with SII to realize our watches, the watches upon delivery receive a final check by our carefully trained staff.
  2. What shipping service do you use?
    All our products are shipped from our Headquarter in Hong Kong via Hong Kong Post Office with insurance and tracking. Click Hong Kong Post Courier to see more.
  3. Are your prices inclusive of local taxes and import duties?
    No – our prices are excluding any further charges placed by your country. Each country has its own taxation system and in some countries there are also regional taxes. It is simply easier for everyone if that is dealt with directly with your tax authority. It is the responsibility of the client.
  4. I’m interested in your watches, do you have retailers or a physical store where I can see them?
    Our products are available presently exclusively sold through our website.
  5. The straps included with my STOIC watch are too long/short for me. Do you sell straps in different sizes?
    We design our straps to fit wrist sizes ranging from 6″-8.3″. All watches come with standard sizes. If you require a strap that is longer or shorter than this, please email to us enquiry@stoicworld.com
  6. What currency are your products priced in? Do you have pricing in other currencies?
    All our products are priced in USD – but our payment processor, PayPal, or your credit card provider will charge you in your local currency at prevailing exchange rates.
  7. What shall I do if I did not receive an order confirmation email.
    Firstly, please check your SPAM on the email account that you provided (SPAM is where your email places what it considers to be undesirable emails or junk emails) You may have used a different email address than usual, please check your other emails and their SPAM files.You may have misspell the email address, in which case you will not have received it.Please send your email to enquiry@stoicworld.com and giving us as much detail about your order e.g. the name and shipping address so we can locate the order.
  8. Why should I register an Account?
    Once you are registered an account with STOIC, It’s easier for you to check with all our shipping address and you will receive the latest information about our new collections. It’s easy for you log in and purchase for accessories and other watches in the future.
  9. What should I do if I forget my password?
    You can go to Sign In page and click on the “Forget Password”  link under the sign in form. Enter your username or email to get a reset password link to your account. Check your email inbox from Stoic World requesting to change your password. You will be given a link to follow. Enter your new password and click “Save”. You can now login with your new password.   12. How to unsubscribe your email?
    Refer to the newsletter, at the bottom there is an unsubscribe option.
  13. Is there a limit or a minimum to how much I can buy?
    It’s entirely up to your preference.
  14. Can I add something else to my order?
    Please place the order again on our www.stoicworld.com, just order what you need to add on. Shipping is free with the purchase of a watch, but charged for purchases of accessories.
  15. Can I change shipping address once I paid?
    Please email to orders@stoicworld.com, and mention about your order reference, if your email reached us before shipment, we will change the shipping address, if you send us the request after you have received the shipping tracking, then we cant change the shipping address, so please make sure you key in the shipping address correctly.
  16. Can I cancel my order?
    Yes of course, we understand that we can sometimes we can have a change of situation. Please send an email to at orders@stoicworld.com. Please state your order number. Please read our terms and conditions as well in our website.
  17. Why is my order still not shipped?
    The shipping procedure and delivery will takes between 10-20 working days. If you haven’t received your shipment confirmation by the 18th working day please email us and we will check for you. Please contact us orders@stoicworld.com
  18. How do I know that my order has been shipped?
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email that confirms your purchase has been shipped along with a tracking number.
  19. How can I check my order status?

  21. What type of movement is used?

  22. Are your movements waterproof?
    All STOIC timepieces are with 10 ATM, 100-meter waterproof. For specifics on each watch please see the technical explanation that accompanies the watch.
  23. What type of leather is used?
    All STOIC leather straps are carefully selected genuine Italian leather.For specifics on each watch please see the technical explanation that accompanies the watch.
  24. What it the glass made of?
    All STOIC timepieces are fitted with Sapphire Crystals, that are treated with an anti-reflective coating.For specifics on each watch please see the technical explanation that accompanies the watch.
  25. Is there a warannty?
    All STOIC timepieces come with 2 years manufacturing warranty.
  26. What type of battery us used?
    All STOIC Quartz are equipped with an SR920SW battery. For specifics on each watch please see the technical explanation that accompanies the watch.
  27. How do I replace my battery?
    We recommend you change the battery at a watch shop near your area.
  28. How accurate are the mechanical watches?
    In the technical documentation, accuracy range is within -20~+40 seconds per day under normal conditions.
  29. What is the ordering process?
    After you place an order you will receive two emails from us:
    1. An email acknowledging we have received your order and payment (“Order Confirmation”) stating that the order is being processed by our system.
    2. The second email containing the tracking number so that you can track delivery of the Goods online.
